Essential Omega 3 Fatty Acids
Omega 3 Fatty Acids were
found to be the
only supplement that former President
George W. Bush was taking. And his
doctor
announced that he was in
nearly perfect health.

WHAT ARE "ESSENTIAL OMEGA 3
FATTY ACIDS?"
Essential Omega 3 Fatty Acids
are substances found in
oils of plants, fish, eggs and flaxseed.
Omega 3's are essential for proper
functioning of the heart
and brain. And many believe the lack of them in our western
diet has contributed to heart disease, stroke, Alzheimer’s
and
even suicidal depression.
WHY ARE THESE ESSENTIAL OMEGA
3's LACKING IN OUR WESTERN
DIET?
One reason why the Omega 3's are
lacking in our diet is
because food processors discovered that they could
hydrogenate
oil to keep it from getting rancid. That way, packaged
goods
could remain on the store shelves for much longer periods
of
time without spoilage. (Cool Whip will keep almost
indefinitely if refrigerated.) Of course, that was very
beneficial
for the food companies, but by adding hydrogen to the oil
at
a very high temperature, the oils became impossible for
humans to digest.
Some of the ways our bodies use the Omega 3's
are:
-
To
help
treat bipolar
disorder
-
Restrain anger,
anxiety and fear
-
Block
depression
-
Counteract a
variety of autoimmune
diseases
-
Prevent and treat
cancer
-
Inhibit
stroke
-
Reduce
arrhythmia
-
Combat brain
diseases like Alzheimer's and Parkinson's
And CUT THE RISK OF HEART
ATTACK!
Essential Omega 3’s may do some of the above for
you!

XSitePro allows you to
quickly and easily create a well-structured site with good
interlinking between pages that can help you to optimize your
search engine rankings.
If you create your articles
as sub-pages to a main page (as we have done in this example
site structure) the parent page can have an index list of
all the sub-pages, complete with page descriptions - these
descriptions automatically picked up from the information you
have enetered in the Page Settings tab.
Adding a list of sub-pages to
a 'main page' is very straightforward: Simply make
pages into 'sub-pages' by selecting them one-by-one in the
list of pages, left of your screen, then by clicking the
right-facing arrow to indent the selected page in the
list, below your chosen 'main page'. Once you have set
up your sub-pages in the list, simply go to the design tab
for your chosen 'main page' (below which you indented
your sub-pages), right click in the design window, and
select Insert Links to All Sub-Pages.
It's as easy as
that!
XSitePro allows you to have
an infinite number of pages and sub-pages so feel free to add
as many articles as you like. Remember, whenever you add a new
sub-page to your list (in this example we're adding articles)
they will automatically get added to the index-list of pages
that you inserted in your 'main page' as described
above.
