Bonefitness Exercise
Bonefitness is not
only desirable-it is necessary and
doable. And it is easier than ever
to get a full body workout with only 10
minutes a day of fun exercises.

Maybe you thought exercise was only helpful in
building strong muscles. But research has
confirmed that when
the muscles become strong the bonefitness comes
along with it.
Hopefully you are not living in fear of a
disease like osteopenia that you don’t ever
need to have.
“What is osteopenia, any how?” you may ask.
Maybe
you have never even heard the word. Probably
the reason you are unfamiliar with that term is
that it didn’t exist until just recently -
about the same time that “bone density drugs”
came on the market. It was coined by the
producers to indicate a loss of bone density.
Though
those drugs make a profit for the
pharmaceutical industry, they usually do not
profit you if you take them. Instead, they
cause your bones to become much more brittle
and more apt to break.
The good news is that it is easy to build
strong bones without dangerous drugs. Many are
doing just that by–
1. Adopting more healthy eating habits-(lots of
fruits,
vegetables and protein).
2. Getting plenty of minerals, and necessary
vitamins.
3. Using simple exercises, such as walking,
aerobics, weight-lifting or isometric
resistance. All of these have been shown to
promote the growth of strong bones.
But it is no longer necessary to struggle with
weights or other difficult forms of exercise.
The easiest and quickest exercise equipment is
by far the Osteoball, (pictured at top).
This clever invention was developed
specifically for the purpose of preventing and
reversing osteoporosis, arthritis, and other
bone and joint problems by doctor/inventor Dr.
Swezey, who is a Clinical Professor majoring in
that area at UCLA.
The soft partially inflated osteoball allows
you to push and pull (called isometric
resistance) to strengthen your bones and
muscles. You can prevent or even reverse
osteoporosis or osteopenia , so that you are
now able to “gain” with “no pain”.
You can use the osteoball either standing or
sitting so you can exercise in any room of the
house and even while watching T.V.
